Full-Service, Post-Construction Clean-up Case Study

A Principal at a local Construction Engineering firm started his cleaning journey as many do, on his phone using Google. A seasoned General Contractor with over twenty years’ experience with high-end builds in the South Bay, he could tell by listening that his first call was a bust. “I could tell that guy didn’t know what he was talking about,” he laughed.

Upon calling into DREAM CLEAN from the website, he spoke with owner Lauren Blair and could immediately recognize that DREAM CLEAN knows their stuff. On the initial call, he shared that he was finishing a three-year custom build in Palos Verdes and needed post-construction cleaning within the new home.

After several questions to understand scope and timing, Lauren highlighted the experience DREAM CLEAN has and recommended a site visit to walk the property together. She also advised that in addition to interior cleaning, DREAM CLEAN could also clean the windows, building and flat surfaces to properly clean the property after several years of ongoing construction.

DREAM CLEAN conducted two visits prior to starting service: An initial visit to define the scope of services and high-level project plan, and a lead visit to enable DREAM CLEAN employees to understand the detailed work breakdown. Then the team got to work.
